When asked to reflect upon being one of the original test sites for what has become known as the Krueger Manuals, I thought back to all the excitement we shared being a test site for what eventually formed a cornerstone of collection development history. It is interesting to reflect upon the many changes in technology and theories that occurred over the past decade. Many elements in the Krueger Manuals were not only used in collection development, but were linked to library management by using output measurements and analyzing user satisfaction.
