Simona Catuogno is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. She is an Associate Professor in accounting and management at the University of Naples “Federico II”. Her research is currently focused in the area of corporate governance and accounting, with a closer look at business groups, managerial remuneration, comprehensive income and accounting choice.

Sara Saggese is a Post-Doc Research Fellow at the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. She is a post-doc Research Fellow and a teaching Assistant at the University of Naples “Federico II”, where she received her PhD in accounting and management. Her research is currently focused in the area of corporate governance and accounting, with a closer look at ownership structures and financial reporting in large companies. She has been visiting scholar at the University Carlos III de Madrid (Spain) and at the San Francisco State University (USA).

Fabrizia Sarto is a Post-Doc Research Fellow at the Department of Business Administration, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. She is a post-doc Research Fellow and a teaching Assistant at the University of Naples “Federico II”. She received her PhD in economics and management in healthcare. Her research focuses in the area of healthcare and corporate governance with a closer look at hospital governance, clinicians’ involvement in governance, NPM reforms and financial accounting. She has also been a visiting scholar at the University of Leeds (UK) where she is currently involved in an European project.
