Equipment manufacturer, Lloyd Doyle announce the addition of new Automatic Optical Test system to their range. 6000HDI is designed for ultra fine line PCB's with circuit geometries down to 25-micron line and space and is particularly suitable for BGA and CSP substrates. The new system uses redlinered LED illumination and all new CCD cameras together with Lloyd Doyle's unique netlist logic, which brings together all the advantages of AOI and Electrical Test. The first demonstration system has already been installed at Nidec-Read in Kyoto, Japan.
