By introducing their PC 401‐M Solder Mask, Chemline of Carson City, Nevada, have introduced a superior, UL‐approved product that combines excellent screening characteristics with superior resistance to heat and chemical attack. As Chemline's research chemists have developed this bleed‐free, epoxy‐based solder mask for fine‐line work, PC 401‐M is well suited for a variety of solder mask applications. For instance, it adheres to bare copper, gold plate and solder plate. Once thermally cured, it becomes extremely resistant to heat and chemical attack.
