‘478’; that is the latest figure for established Printed Circuit manufacturers in the UK with an estimated work force of some 16,000. Again from an output of about £30 million in 1975, by 1982 this has increased to over £100 million excluding ‘in‐house’ facilities, which it is estimated would double this figure.
