Isola starts production on the Philippines Free

Isola AG has opened a new manufacturing site on the Philippines. Together with its Japanese partner Sumitomo Bakelite, which holds a 50 percent stake in the joint venture, Isola will invest in excess of DM 100 million in a new laminates plant located near Manila. The joint venture christened "Sumisola"will focus on producing copper-clad multilayer laminate base materials for printed circuit boards used in computers, mobile phones and other electronic equipment.
