Excellon Automation introduces new laser via formation system

Excellon Automation is presenting the world's first laser via formation system with one autoloader feeding two laser stations. The autoloader with feeder cart and stacker cart offers a small footprint and huge capacity. The maximum panel size is 610 x 711 mm (24" x 28"), the stack height up to 279 mm(11"), and the loading capacity is 112.5 kg (250 lbs.). The modular autoloader is compatible with Excellon's laser via systems LVD 1001 (CO2 only), LVD 2001(YAG & CO2 laser), as well as the new LVD 2001 DP with diode pumped YAG laser source.
The modular design allows the autoloader to serve one or two laser stations. The material handling includes loading, unloading, and drill time parallel flipping of the panels for complete laser processing of both sides. Results of this unique concept are maximum productivity and utilization at minimum investment cost and floor space. The system can be viewed on the Excellon booth# 2434.
