Orbotech have announced the worldwide introduction of its new Vision-300APTMseries of automated optical inspection systems.
Designed as a major performance upgrade to the proven Vision-300TMseries, the Vision-300AP provides exceptional inspection performance for high volume production of a broad range of advanced PCB applications, including microvias.
Building on the current, advanced capabilities of the product line, including laser-based Triple-VisionTM technology, the Vision-300AP upgrade delivers an innovative combination of software and hardware that includes new dynamic width matching, advanced registration algorithms, accelerated scan speed, enhanced motion control and improved temperature regulation. Available options such as extended table sizes, dual vacuum tables, etching process analysis and teleservice enable further system optimization.
The Vision-300AP series is offered in four models to accommodate varying application and throughput requirements and as a field upgrade for existing Vision-300 series AOI systems.
