Since the beginning of this year a new management has been in charge at Luther and Maelzer. Hans-Hermann Higgen, who started with L and M as one of the first employees in 1976 has taken over as Managing Director (see Plate 3).

Archie Hesselink, newly promoted to Marketing Director, will co-ordinate our customer interfaces for Order Processing, Service, Training and Customer Communications, besides general marketing activities (see Plate 4).
