Agfa unveiled Vivaldi2, the latest advanced phototooling film for the manufacturing of PC Circuit Boards (PCB). Vivaldi2 helps PCB manufacturers and service bureaus create phototools with exceptional image quality, precise line width control, greater dimensional stability, reinforced scratch resistance and optimal vacuum behaviour.

Vivaldi2 incorporates an advanced latent image enhancement component that yields extraordinary results. This component is included in the emulsion coating of the phototooling film. When exposed to activators in the developer chemistry,the latent image component in Vivaldi2 sustains the silver-halide crystals with the latent image to be developed. The result is exceptionally sharp lines with correct line width even for lines as narrow as 10 μm.
