If you're getting frustrated searching through 60 disks to track down a file, it's time to get organized. First, determine what you have, using the DIR command. Print out listings by pressing <SHIFT> <PrtSc> when the directory is displayed or by adding >PRN to the DIR command. For example, DIR B: >PRN redirects [see page 14] the directory listing to the printer and you get a hard copy without displaying the list. Once you get complete lists of what you have, determine what you no longer need and erase those files. Then, if necessary, transfer files to other disks so related files are on the same disks.
