Considers the use of ILLIN, a BASIC program designed to work with OCLC ILL Micro Enhancer software, to sort incoming requests into categories and print handling instructions for staff. Discusses a sample request processed by ILLIN, how to tailor ILLIN and databases, and the technical problems that may be encountered using the program.
