Using Crosstalk Scripts To Save Time And Labor In Interlibrary Loan

Examines the use of Crosstalk Mark IV software to automate searching of OCLC ILL requests on a public access catalog in order to make searching more efficient. Details the creation of a specially‐written computer programme in order to completely automate the process so that all requests can be made by electronic mail.
