Reviews the experience of a County Library with the EPIC and PRISM interlibrary lending systems in improving efficiency and productivity of subject and keyword searches. Emphasises the need for keyword searching and its facilitation with the searching of OLUC on PRISM. Looks at recent developments in training, and finally possible methods of access.
