The Connection Newsletter offers articles by people involved in community disaster preparedness on a daily basis; its aim is to share good ideas about civilian disaster preparedness programs. The first edition provides background information and a sampling of existing community-based programs from around the country, and the editors provide an online form for the submission of future articles.
