In a context evermore oriented towards an international approach to disasters, it is important to clarify the organisation and scope of national civil protection, civil defence, civil safety and emergency management services, especially for those responsible for coordination prevention or intervention activities in the face of disasters, by making available to them information on the national partners with whom they may be called upon to collaborate which is clear and complete as possible.
