Dynamic capabilities for firm performance under the information technology governance framework

Dr Sabine Khalil is an Assistant Professor in Management of Information Systems at the ICD International Business School of Paris (ICD Paris). Dr Khalil received her PhD from Télécom Paristech in November 2017. She addresses the topic of Information Systems and specifically cloud technologies in firms from a business perspective. Dr Khalil has participated and published at the leading information system conferences, including the International Conference on Information Systems, the Academy of Management, the Americas Conference on Information Systems and the European Conference on Information Systems.

Dr Maksim Belitski is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, Reading, UK. He is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Development Strategies, Indiana University Bloomington (US). He has worked for University of Bolzano (Italy), Loughborough University, University College London (UK), University of Leicester, University of Economics Bratislava, Belarusian State University. His research interests lie in the area of Entrepreneurship, innovation and regional economics, with a particular focus on Entrepreneurship as a spillover of knowledge and creativity. He is an Associate Editor of Small Business Economics: An Entrepreneurship Journal.
