Following concerns that authorship for this article was offered for sale prior to submission to Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management, an investigation has shown concerns regarding the authorship of this article. As a result, the findings of the article cannot be relied upon. As part of the investigation, the authors were asked to provide evidence to counter the authorship concerns, but the information provided has not been found to be sufficient.
