Human investment at the New York Stock Exchange

Looks at the New York Stock Exchange as a useful proving ground to evaluate executive development. Identifies certain factors that appeared to contribute consistently to an effective development programme during the first three years of the Stock Exchange chairman′s tenure. Also identifies factors which took away from effectiveness.
