Case overview/synopsis

This case study describes how Mr. Ashok, at National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), along with his colleague Archana Eshwarlal, implemented an extensive development program for women technocrats to address their career growth needs in the context of India. The case further highlights how NASSCOM formed a partnership with major information technology firms in India to achieve greater impact from their upskilling initiatives on women tech employees, thus achieving higher inclusion of females in leadership roles.
