Ellenore Meyer is Senior Medical Officer/Clinic Manager at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pretoria, Pretoria, South Africa. She is a Medical Doctor and a Health Manager with a master’s degree in bio-ethics and health law and a diploma in health systems management and executive leadership. She is a social justice ambassador with 10 years of experience in health and social development. She consults in health management. Ellenore is the pilot in interdisciplinary community development and health service delivery in informal settlements as part of her role at the Department of Family Medicine, University of Pretoria and is an emerging fellow of an executive leadership programme through UP and Harvard.

Dr Caren Scheepers is Senior Lecturer at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a PhD in Psychology and has extensive experience as Organisational Development Consultant and a Executive Coach. She has been lecturing on the GIBS MBA Organisational Development and Transformation module for the nine eight years and conducts research on Leadership and Change. She publishes in books, academic journals, business press and five teaching cases studies with Ivey Publishing and two with Emerald Emerging Markets’ cases.
