It Nguyen Van holds a PhD. degree in Business Administration. Currently he is also lecturer and Vice Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry (HUFI), Vietnam. His research interests including Marketing, Corporate social responsibility, Business strategy, Supply chain management, Quality management, Operation management, Competitive advantage and Corporate governance.

Anna Kotaskova, PhD., is a Research Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship, Head of Department of Management and Marketing, Pan-European University in Bratislava, Slovakia, and a Senior Researcher in European Centre for Business Research (ECBR), Czech Republic. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship with emphasis on SMEs' segment, the quality of business environment, management, strategic management, SMEs financing and performance, business administration, sustainability, as well as on macroeconomics in general. She is an author of many scientific articles and proceedings of international scientific conferences indexed in Web of Science (H-index = 9) and Scopus (H-index = 10). She participated in five scientific projects financially supported by several institutions as an investigator.

Alberto Ferraris, PhD in Business and Management, is currently working as a Full Professor at the Department of Management, University of Turin. He is Fellow (F-EMAB) of the EuroMed Research Business Institute (EMRBI) and he is member of the Research Center of the Q-Institute. His main research topics are digital transformation, human resource management and business management. He is author of many academic and scientific articles and also serves as Guest Editor or in the Editorial Board in several prestigious international journals, such as Journal of International Management, Journal of Intellectual Capital, etc. He is also co-Editor in Chief of the British Food Journal (Emerald).

Thanh Tiep Le holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Currently, he is also a lecturer and researcher at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF). Besides, he is a visiting lecturer at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), Vietnam. His research interests including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Governance, Circular Economy, Corporate Sustainability, Quality Management, Operation Management and Supply Chain Management.
