For a library to have a Web page, someone has to put it there and someone has to maintain it. Matt Holland is Subject Librarian for the School of Media Arts and Communication, Bournemouth University, UK: he also teaches the use of printed and electronic information sources to students. We asked him about the practicalities and realities of introducing the Web into a library environment, and how it can be used.
