Information service, students and the Internet Available to Purchase

The Internet has exciting potential for information services and education, so must urgently be studied in information circles. We saw the potential of the Internet at Shanghai Second Polytechnic University and wanted to provide open access for staff and students. To speed access to useful information on the Internet, the department concerned must have a strategy for Internet use.
