Building and testing a Web‐based community network

Defines community network and looks at the differences between local authority networks, commercial community networks and grass roots community networks. Looks at social inclusion issues, how people read on the web, international user interfaces, disabled accessibility and usability testing. Introduces BRAIN usability testing and discusses the development, standards and use of this system.
