The linking elements concept

The most valuable resource of any organisation is its personnel. This is a cliche which would be hardly worth repeating, except for the uncomfortable fact that in many organisations it is a resource which is underdeveloped or even ignored. Perhaps this is not so surprising, as it is about as difficult to get to grips with the development of people as it is to catch a jelly with a pair of wet hands.
