Case study using behaviour modification

A case study using behaviour modification in a health care setting was conducted in a patient care unit at Massachusetts General Hospital, USA. The work productivity of the two unit assistants was examined to determine how well a programme of positive reinforcement would be accepted in that particular environment, and to evaluate the incorporation of a programme of positive reinforcement on the productivity of the workers.
