Magna Carta 1987 Available to Purchase

The Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise have published a Taxpayer's charter. Welcoming this initiative by the two departments, Norman Lamont, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, said that “it sets out for the first time what they see as their responsibilities to the public: what we all have the right, as taxpayers, to expect from them”.
