The White Paper on Industrial Training — a closer analysis

In the January issue Mr Wellens presented an interpretation of the Government Proposals on industrial training. This month he takes a closer critical look at what many people regard as the missing link — the over‐all guiding body or training commission — about which the Government made no proposals in the White Paper. This study involves a survey of the many bodies already involved in industrial training — bodies whose efforts will surely need some co‐ordination.
