In this issue two important policy statements are considered. On page 244 is the Minister of Labour's statement dealing with the financial help he will be giving to Industrial Training Boards. The statement from the Engineering ITB on its latest policy decisions is discussed in the article by John Wellens on page 258. A similar statement from the Wool ITB will follow next month.
