The Civil Service College has launched a series of courses for women managers.

The Women's Management and Leadership programme offers six events, covering general management and gender-specific issues. The programme caters for a wide range of levels ­from those about to enter management to experienced business women moving into more senior jobs.

The college has facilities in Sunningdale, London and Glasgow. It trains people from both public and private-sector organizations, and offers more than 450 open and bespoke titles covering a range of management and specialist disciplines.
