Apprentice Training in the Small to Medium‐sized Firm

The author outlines the plan for training apprentices developed by his division; it is not revolutionary, but it does draw on the best of recent experience and will be of considerable interest to small and medium‐sized firms facing a need to develop personnel for the years ahead.
