COMMENT

In spite of many efforts to terminate the pregnancy the Open University is about to be born and the technical colleges will have to put up with the squealing brat for many years to come. We must not allow our mistrust of its father or our contempt for the midwife to prejudice our care for the child; it will be with us long after they are gone and there is no reason why it could not become a healthy and pleasant child.
