The course director for the training of training officers at North East London Polytechnic describes how closed circuit television can enable students to view and discuss their performance in training exercises. CCTV has been used on one month introductory courses for training officers at North East London Polytechnic for a year and before this for two terms at one of its constituent colleges, Barking Regional College of Technology.
