Industrial relations—tomorrow must be better

This is not intended as a party political message. But it is a ‘politician's eye view’ of industrial relations. I want to set out some of the policies I believe should be followed by the government of this country — any government which wants to make a positive contribution in this field. I shall also give a little advice to managers, trade unionists and educationists — infuriating when it comes from a politician, but very good for them nevertheless.
