TEC and the Tech Available to Purchase

This article, contrived last Autumn, is composed entirely of my own prognostications. Although I have since discovered myself a member of two TEC Committees, these had not yet met when the article was completed. The opinions expressed are therefore based on no “inside knowledge”, and no one is responsible for them but me. Thus I have written the article in the first person.
