Viewpoint: There's no accounting for further education

During recent months there have been emotive outbursts from politicians on both sides of the House regarding fees for overseas students. In the verbal squabble — one cannot dignify the exchange by the use of the term debate — one has witnessed the use of spurious statistics, false premises, and muddled facts.
