It may be that education and training is on the brink of a most significant advance, brought about by the marriage of feedback and electronics and their offspring — the Feedback Classroom. Feedback has always been used in training in so many ways such as: repeat after me; now you do it; question and answer; hands up those that, etc; and it has proved successful. But it does have one or two drawbacks when applied in the normal manner.
