With the present gloomy unemployment prospects in Britain seeming likely to persist, it is possible that some readers of Education & Training may be thinking of looking towards a career abroad. Furthermore there is one major advantage built into seeking work elsewhere in the European Communities as compared with other parts of abroad: Title III of the Treaty of Rome which is headed “Free movement of persons, services and capital.”
