Viewpoint: The end justifies the means

Good schools, colleges and universities are found in many parts of the world; but no country has an education system to rival that of the United Kingdom. British qualifications are more valued, and rightly so, than those of any other nation; and this will continue to be the case. Mean‐while, an interesting and important development is occurring in the UK's higher education system.
