Partnership and workplace learning at BT

Explores BT’s partnership with the Communication Workers’ Union and London University’s Queen Mary and Westfield College and examines its significance for the development of a degree level programme of workplace learning. Describes the programme’s philosophy, aims, funding and effectiveness. Incorporates interviews with BT managers, trade union representatives and academics responsible for designing and delivering the course.
