INDUSTRIAL TRAINING BILL — the final form

THIS IS the last of three articles which together give a complete account of the Industrial Training Bill. That in the January issue dealt with the Bill as originally introduced: that in the February issue treated the amendments brought in at the Committee Stage. Some of these amendments were agreed in Committee and are, in consequence, incorporated in the Bill; some were rejected. A third group of amendments were left over for further consideration. The final decisions on these postponed topics were given at the Report Stage on Tuesday, 21st January.
