Courses for training the Training Officer

Courses for training the training officer are catching on and appear to be shaking down to some discernible common pattern. It is no secret that the Garnett College attempt to found a regular course was not encouraging and, having this in mind, the success of the Coombe Lodge course is not easy to explain — Coombe Lodge was over‐subscribed.
