A new film from the Banking Information Service is Money in the Bank (col, 25 min). Its aim is to sell the services of the clearing banks to the public at large and, in doing so, quite a good impression is given of what banks are about — principally, of course, in relation to the man or woman in the street, including the young student. Educative rather than educational; a ‘careers in banking’ plug is also included. Available through branches of the main banks.
