A major new report by British Institute of Management and Aston University, The Responsive Organisation, takes an in‐depth look at the consequences that anticipated changes will have for organisations and employees. It finds that the days of bureaucratic rigidly‐structured organisations are numbered, and in their place will be organisations which are prepared to adapt to survive.
