More summer courses and e-learning recommended

Wider use of summer courses, combined with e-learning, is recommended in a draft of a new European education programme drawn up by the European Education Campaign, a project run by the European Students' Forum, AEGEE. The campaign also recommends that European education programmes should be implemented with a special focus on exchanges between EU states and candidate countries for EU membership, with a view to promoting EU enlargement.
