All businesses strive to maintain their assets so that they can be employed in the efficient commercial operation. Due to statutory requirements that have come into effect in recent years, much attention has been paid to areas of health and safety. No such responsibility has been placed on the facilities manager to treat losses due to breaches of security in the same way.
