Launched at the recent FMExpo99 was the new Fitness-in-Company, a unique and cost-effective initiative to improve the fitness and performance of employees in the workplace. Minimal space, low capital outlay and low operational costs are key benefits of this package. A room 3m x 3m is all that is required to provide an on-site fitness facility for up to 200 users. The concept is aimed at organisations with ten to 200 employees in a single location, and is well suited to larger companies with branch office networks.
Fitness-in-CompanyTM provides a structured programme for each individual to progress from their current level of fitness, and allows each employee to take control of their health in a simple, sociable and enjoyable way, benefitting themselves and the company.
Fitness-in-CompanyTM is a complete package including equipment,health screening, exercise programming, instruction, supervision, administration and control. It offers a low cost exercise programme for employees, and is available on a trial basis.
Other services include corporate fitness centre design, equipping and staffing.
