He is currently a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus, India. He is a BTech and MBA with over 15 years of experience in the petroleum sector. He is a qualified EHS professional and working with one of the leading Public Sector Oil Companies in India. His research interests include energy transition, foresight, innovative firms, entrepreneurship, alternate energy and VUCA.

Manoj Joshi is based at the Centre for VUCA Studies, Amity University, Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, India. He is the Director of Centre for VUCA Studies and a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is also the co-author of the books VUCA in Start-Ups, The VUCA Company, The VUCA Learner and The Role of Business Incubators in the Economic Development of India. He is a BTech, MBA, Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (Mech). He is the Regional Editor of India, JFBM by Emerald, IJSBA by Inderscience, an Editorial Board Member for international journals like APJM, JEEE, WREMSD, JSBM, etc., with lead publications. In the industry, he was associated with fluid engineering vertical, with expertise in design, manufacturing and business development. He has over 30 years of combined experience in the areas of consulting, research, mentoring and teaching.

Meenakshi Gandhi is based at the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi, India. She is a Professor at VIPS, GGSIPU, New Delhi, India with two decades of academic experience. She has a keen interest in the area of entrepreneurship, strategy and marketing and is a Consultant to many women enterprises across the country. She is involved in institution building and research activities in her institution and developing faculty members across disciplines. She has successfully completed the Goldman Sachs Women Entrepreneurs Program as well as the Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change by the Case Western Reserve University.
