Green human resource management and environmental performance: mediating role of green innovation – a study from an emerging country

Dr Geeta Rana is based at the Himalayan School of Management Studies, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. She is an Associate Professor, Department of HSMS at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She is also alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research and consultancy assignments. She has more than 14 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. She has to her credit over more than 50 papers published in refereed ABDC category journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier and Inderscience. She has authored and edited many books published by Taylor & Francis, Nova science and New Age Publications, etc. She has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs and MDPs in India and abroad.

Dr Vikas Arya is based at the Rabat Business School, International University of Rabat, Rabat, Morocco. He, 35⁺, is a doctorate in Digital Brand Management and currently associated with Rabat Business School, Rabat, Morocco as an Assistant Professor (Marketing). Dr Arya received prestigious European Union ERASMUS⁺ scholarship during 2022. As a research scholar, he has presented his research work at more than 45 reputed international conferences, including EGOS at CBS-Denmark. Prof Dr Arya is a Guest Editor of a special issue of ten international journals listed in Scopus and/or ABDC category. He has published papers in reputed journals such as International Journal of Consumer Studies, Computers in Human Behavior, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Studies, Journal of Global Information Management, etc. He is an expert on data analysis using SPSS, AMOS, ADANCO, SMART_PLS, Process, NodeXL and Nvivo, and he has conducted various training sessions/workshops on Research and Data Analysis. His core research and teaching interests are in Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Destination Branding, Digital Mobile Apps’ marketing, Brand Building using virtual platforms and Communication in Health Care.
